The Apple Grove Cottage is a 1,000 square foot, 2 bedroom 2 bath home that sleeps 4. Apple Grove Cottage can accomodate 5 people if needed only by request and an additional charge. (see payments under Availability)
The American Farmhouse is a 1300 square foot, 3 bedroom 2 bath home that sleeps 4 also.
Catering to Dreams Park Families, our houses are both within 1-2 miles from the Cooperstown Dreams Park ballfields with easy access to area amenities and attractions including Main Street Cooperstown, the Baseball Hall of Fame, Fenimore Art Museum and the Farmers Museum, Glimmerglass Opera House, the Clark Sports Center, and DoubleDay Field.
Our rental houses offer weekly accommodations forDreams Park families during the months of May through September, and are also available year round to Cooperstown vacationers. Whether you are here to play ball or just visiting to see the beautiful fall foliage or spend a Holiday away from home, come stay in one of our private Cooperstown homes.
