RENTAL PROCEDURE:

 

Please feel free to ask any & all questions/concerns prior to making a reservation.

Please read and understand House Rules and Rental Agreement thoroughly prior to making a reservation. If you feel you cannot abide by any of the items listed in the agreement, please do not make a reservation. All rules & regulations will be strictly enforced.

 

  • Copies of House Rules and Rental Agreement will be provided via e-mail, fax or mail.
  • Person responsible for signing the rental agreement and house rules has ultimate responsibility for all parties occupying the rental house. Names of all occupants and guests (and ages of any occupant under 18) must be supplied along with total number of guests during week stay. Number of occupants is not to exceed a total of 4 at any time (5 if requested).
  • Signed Rental Agreement must be returned with down payment and security deposit within (7) seven days in order for the week to be reserved. See Payment & Terms.
  • Down payment can be made via credit card, personal check, bank check or money order. All checks must clear in 10 days.
  • All security deposits must be made via credit card. In the event of damages to property or over-occupancy in excess of security deposit amount, lessee agrees to additional charges to credit card on file.

HOUSE RULES

RULES ARE IN PLACE TO HELP MAKE YOUR VISIT AND THE VISIT OF THE OTHER FAMILIES AFTER YOU A MORE COMFORTABLE AND ENJOYABLE ONE

                            THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP AND COOPERATION.

1. LESSEE AND ITS GUESTS SHALL MAINTAIN ORDER AND NOT MAKE OR PERMIT ANY IMPROPER NOISES OR ANY DISORDERLY CONDUCT THEREON. PLEASE NO LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE AFTER 9:00 P.M. PLEASE RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBORS.

2. LESSEE SHALL NOT USE THE LAUNDRY MACHINES TO DO TEAM LAUNDRY OR PERMIT ANY GUEST OR INVITEE TO USE THEM.

3. LESSEE AGREES TO KEEP THE PREMISES FREE OF ACCUMULATION OF DEBRIS, GARBAGE, REFUSE, JUNK OR DISCARDED MATERIALS AND SHALL KEEP THE PREMISES IN A CLEAN AND ORDERLY CONDITION. CLEANING TOOLS WILL BE PROVIDED. LESSEE AGREES TO LEAVE THE PREMISES IN A BROOM CLEAN CONDITION AT THE END OF THE LEASE WEEK. LESSEE AGREES TO PLACE TRASH IN PROVIDED TRASH CANS DURING THE LEASE WEEK.

4. LESSEE AGREES TO TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS AND AIR CONDITIONERS AND ANY OTHER ELECTRICAL DEVICES WHEN NOT IN USE OR LEAVING THE PREMISES.

 5. LESSEE AGREES TO TURN OFF AND MAKE SURE ALL OUTDOOR GRILLS ARE EXTINGUISHED WHEN NOT IN USE.

 6. LESSEE AGREES TO NOTIFY THE LESSOR THE MOMENT IT HAPPENS, OF ANY DAMAGE OR PROBLEMS TO GIVE THE LESSOR THE TIME TO REPAIR OR FIX ANY SAID PROBLEMS IN A TIMELY MANNER. THANK YOU.

 7. LESSEE AGREES TO REMOVE ANY DIRTY FOOTWEAR BEFORE ENTERING THE PREMISE.

 8. NO PETS ALLOWED.   NO TEAM PARTIES ALLOWED.   NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

 9. LESSEE AND ITS FAMILY AGREES TO HAVE A GOOD TIME AND AS MUCH FUN AS   POSSIBLE WHILE HERE IN COOPERSTOWN
 

*** TOTAL OVERNIGHT OCCUPANCY IS LIMITED TO 4 PERSONS. ***

·      NO MORE THAN 3 VISITING GUESTS ALLOWED AT ANY ONE TIME.

·      NO MORE THAN 3 CARS AT ANY ONE TIME.

·      NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18  IS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES WITHOUT PROPER ADULT SUPERVISION.
